About us

We are the first start-up company in Japan to provide an online automatic reference check service.

The reference check service is a system in which we obtain “letters of reference” from former bosses, colleagues, friends, etc. about a prospective employee’s attractiveness, work evaluation, ability to perform a job, etc. The reports we provide are useful for reporting job performance and adaptability, preventing falsification of one’s background, and supporting one’s work history. Many companies in Europe, the United States, and Asian countries carry out reference checks, and the number of companies doing so in Japan is increasing year by year. Our company is a company that has helped prevent mismatches from occurring in the mid-career recruitment market.

Additionally, as part of our support for employment of people with disabilities, we have started a reference letter acquisition service for people with disabilities, using the know-how we have cultivated through mid-career recruitment and from the perspective of handicap support. The reference check service can be used as a letter of recommendation when applying for a job or finding employment, so it can be submitted as a “self-instruction letter” containing information on the personal characteristics and characteristics of a person with a disability to an employer or prospective employer. We believe that by having employees do this, we can reduce the mismatch between hiring candidates and companies. For the hiring side, it becomes easier to make decisions about hiring the right person for the right job because they can get to know the person more deeply.
